Every subscription covers a single nursery location — its own parent app, staff app, gate device, and admin dashboard, running independently of any other branch. If your organization runs multiple nursery branches, each one subscribes separately, and its tier is sized to that branch’s own enrollment only. Children counts are never combined across branches: three branches with 25 children each are three separate Starter-tier subscriptions, not one 75-child tier.
