Where psychology meets technology — and the best systems are built by people who have lived the problems they solve.

Our Story

Built from the inside.

Technothera was founded by a psychologist with a long-standing passion for technology and building practical solutions to real problems.

Throughout years of work inside clinics, nurseries, schools, and child-centered environments, a pattern became impossible to ignore: most daily frustrations experienced by professionals, staff, administrators, and families were not caused by a lack of effort or care. They were caused by inefficient systems.

One question kept surfacing:

“What if technology could understand people the way it understands processes — and remove friction from human experiences the same way it removes friction from industries?”

The clearest early example appeared during dismissal time at a nursery. The same scene repeated every day: parents waiting outside in difficult conditions, children waiting to be called, staff rushing between classrooms and entrances, administrators trying to coordinate dozens of moving pieces — all verbally, all reactively, all under pressure. One administrator described it simply as “the cursed hour.”

What looked like an operational problem was, underneath, a human experience problem. Parents experienced uncertainty and stress. Staff experienced overload and communication fatigue. Rather than accepting this as normal, we studied it — mapping workflows, bottlenecks, and communication breakdowns — and built the Smart Dismissal System to remove that friction entirely.

That project established the philosophy behind everything Technothera builds: the best technology is not created in isolation. It is built from inside real human experiences, by people who have lived them.

The Second Direction

From observation to measurement.

The same principle extended naturally into psychology and cognition.

Working alongside psychiatric clinics, neuropsychologists, neurofeedback therapists, and psychotherapists, two further gaps became clear.

The first: psychological assessment in most clinics is still a manual, paper-based process — slow, inconsistent, and difficult to scale across languages or growing patient rosters. PsySights was built to transform this entire workflow into a unified digital platform, without changing the validated instruments clinicians already trust — only how they are delivered, scored, and reported.

The second: the tools available for cognitive training and assessment were either too clinical to be accessible, or too informal to be professionally meaningful — with almost nothing structured, trackable, and clinically grounded in between. The Cognitive Suite was built to occupy that space, turning cognitive exercises into a measurable ecosystem usable by both professionals and families.

Three products. One underlying conviction: that human-centered environments — clinics, schools, nurseries, homes — deserve technology that understands the people inside them before it tries to serve them. That conviction is why Technothera exists.
